Shipping policy

At Reichtunne, we want your order to reach you safely and smoothly. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long orders usually take, how tracking works, and what to do if there is an issue during delivery.

1. Shipping area

We currently ship only within India.

We aim to serve a wide range of serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at support@reichtunne.com and we will try to assist where possible.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is currently included in the product price for eligible orders within India, unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.

If any special delivery charges apply in exceptional cases, these will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

3. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are typically processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

4. Estimated delivery timeline

Once dispatched, most orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as:

  • destination and local accessibility

  • courier partner workload

  • weather conditions

  • public holidays

  • strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen disruptions

We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we may send tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Tracking details may include:

  • tracking link

  • AWB number

  • courier partner details

If you do not receive any dispatch or tracking update within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@reichtunne.com with your Order ID.

6. Delivery attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery based on their own operational process. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may reattempt delivery or contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your phone number is active and reachable to help avoid failed deliveries.

7. Incorrect address, failed delivery, or returned orders

Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code, landmark details, and phone number are accurate when placing your order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • wrong PIN code

  • recipient unavailable

  • unreachable phone number

  • refusal to accept delivery

the order may be marked undeliverable or returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • we may contact you to confirm the address and next steps

  • reshipping may be possible at our discretion

  • additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

Reichtunne is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Delays beyond our control

While we work hard to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • courier network delays

  • extreme weather

  • transport restrictions

  • natural disasters

  • political or regional disruptions

  • public emergencies

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will assist with tracking and support as reasonably as possible.

9. Damaged, tampered, or missing items

We pack every order carefully to help ensure that your products reach you in good condition.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, opened, or incomplete, please:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • the outer package with shipping label

    • inner packaging

    • product(s) received

  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@reichtunne.com

  3. Include:

    • your Order ID

    • photos

    • a brief description of the issue

We will review the issue in line with our Refund / Return Policy and help with an appropriate resolution where applicable.
