At Reichtunne, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. Since our products are personal care and hygiene products, returns are limited. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Product category
Our products fall under personal care and hygiene, so returns and refunds are accepted only in limited cases.
2. Eligible cases for return, replacement, or refund
We may offer a return, replacement, refund, or store credit only in the following situations:

you received the wrong product

you received the wrong variant
-
the product arrived damaged, leaked, broken, or visibly tampered with in transit

the order has missing items
-
the product delivered is past expiry or unreasonably close to expiry at the time of delivery
3. Conditions for eligibility
To be eligible for review:

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

the product must be unused and unopened, with the seal, label, and outer packaging intact, except where there is obvious transit damage

you must share clear photos of:

the outer package with shipping label
-
inner packaging
-
product(s) received

you must include your Order ID, full name, contact number, and a short description of the issue
4. Non-returnable and non-refundable cases
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

the product has been opened, used, tested, or partially used
-
the outer box, seal, label, or packaging has been damaged or tampered with after delivery
-
the request is made after 48 hours of delivery
-
you changed your mind after purchase
-
you no longer want the product
-
you did not like the fragrance, texture, shade, colour, or finish
-
you feel the product did not suit you personally
-
expected results differ from your personal experience
-
free gifts, samples, or promotional items
Please note that every skin type and lip type is different, and results may vary from person to person.
If you experience discomfort, sensitivity, or a reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@reichtunne.com. While we will do our best to guide you, this does not automatically qualify the order for a return or refund.
5. How to raise a return or replacement request
If your case meets the eligibility conditions above, please email us at support@reichtunne.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your Order ID

full name
-
contact number
-
a brief description of the issue

clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and product(s)
Our team will review your request and usually respond within 2 to 3 business days.
6. Pickup, return, and inspection
In approved cases, we may:
-
arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner, or
-
request that you self-ship the item to an address shared by us
Where self-shipping is requested in a genuine approved case, we may reimburse reasonable shipping charges at our discretion.
Once the returned item reaches us, it will go through a quality inspection. After inspection, we will confirm whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is applicable.
Reichtunne reserves the right to decline a return, replacement, or refund request if:

the returned item does not match the original claim
-
the product appears used or tampered with
-
parts, seals, labels, or packaging are missing
-
the damage appears intentional or caused after delivery
7. Refund method and timeline
If a refund is approved:
-
for prepaid orders, the refund will usually be processed to the original payment method
-
in some cases, we may offer store credit, if agreed with you
-
if Cash on Delivery (COD) is available and applicable, refunds may be processed by bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, after receiving the required details from you
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI app, or payment provider.
8. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order only if it has not yet been dispatched.
To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@reichtunne.com with your Order ID.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, only cases covered under this Return & Refund Policy will be reviewed.
9. Late or missing refunds
If we have confirmed that your refund has been processed but you have not received it yet, please:

check your bank account, card statement, or wallet again

contact your bank or payment provider, as refund posting times may vary

wait up to 7 business days from the date of refund confirmation
If you still cannot trace the refund after that, please contact us at support@reichtunne.com with your Order ID and refund confirmation details.
